OBTAIN PLANS
PERMITTING 

We take care of pulling all necessary permits and paperwork for your septic system installation.

EXCAVATION & INSTALLATION

Based on the engineer plans, we excavate and perform the necessary site work to install your new septic system.

INSPECTION & SITE RESTORATION

We coordinate all  inspections. Once installed and approved, backfilling and grading take place to ensure for proper drainage

Certifications & Experience

Solitro Property Solutions is a licensed OWTS installer, allowing us to perform septic installations. We maintain a seasoned staff with years of experience excavating around utilities, installing, and backfilling to final grade.
