I came across Ryan's posting on Facebook and decided to research out to Solitro Property Solutions. Everything I found was positive so I decided to inquire about getting my driveway done with asphalt millings. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. He came out within a few days to survey and give me a quote. We agreed upon a price and he was out within a few weeks to do the job. Ryan showed up with his crew and the work was done professionally and quickly. We were very pleased with the end result. He pitched the driveway perfect to my drainage which means no more water in my garage and my sidewalk.
Shortly after, we had heavy rains and a portion of the driveway had washed away. Without question, they came out on a Sunday to re-roll and treat the driveway. Even though this was due to the town needing to correct the water flow from the road, he showed up and fixed the portion of the driveway that had washed away.
I couldn't recommend Ryan and his team enough! If you are looking for any driveway work, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not reaching out to Ryan and team at Solitro Property Solutions.

From the initial contact has been a great experience. Ryan was on time, actually early to arrive, to do the quote and everything after that was nothing less. Sydney in the office responds just as quick too! The work was completed quickly and looks amazing. We had Solitro extend our driveway with recycled asphalt. Ryan responded quickly to our request for a job estimate to remove and fill in our fish pond. His estimate was reasonable and he had some nice ideas for the future use of this space. He sent us some nice pictures of other projects he's completed to help us plan ahead. The job was completed on time and as promised. We will certainly give him a call once we make a final decision about what we want to do with this space...maybe a nice fire pit with seating or a stone fireplace/pizza oven. An excellent solution provided by Mr Solitro involved an L-shape driveway at top of a 40-foot cliff. Engineering was totally on target; the work was so smooth over what was a total mess of holes and ditches, mostly due to top-rate materials-handling. Knows what he's doing. I got real value. Recommend.
Ryan and his crew did a great job building a boulder retaining wall with steps, excavating over 300 yards of material to prep and install a new driveway, and filling and grading an existing driveway to install a new front lawn. Ryan was prompt, professional, and reliable and his pricing was terrific. I would highly recommend Ryan for any job large or small.
Solitro did a fantastic job on my long driveway and parking area. We had gravel before and wanted to try asphalt millings. Very impressed with the work they did. Solitro did my driveway in Thompson CT in almost less than 6 hours. I had nothing but mud in my driveway. It looks so much nicer now and I am very happy with. It is nice and level and they were very professional. If you are looking to do your driveway this spring, don't wait call them now.
